The fix for this is fairly simple, go into your overwrite folder and delete the 'music' folder found there. When using Mod Organizer 2, sometimes you might notice that the music doesn't change upon reloading the game. As MO2 is my mod manager of choice I can provide any troubleshooting assistance concerning usage with MO2 however I am unable to provide Vortex support as I do not use Vortex and do not know the program at all I highly recommend using Mod Organizer 2.
